How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 10–30 business days, depending on the item and your location. Large furniture travels on a pallet and is delivered kerbside.

Can I return an item?

Yes — 30 days to return, unused and in its original packaging. See the Refund Policy for the full process.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you checked out with a phone number only, use the link sent by SMS.

Do you ship worldwide?: Yes. WestWing Sale is based in the United Kingdom and offers worldwide shipping on eligible products.
Where do you ship from?: Orders may be dispatched from UK or partner fulfilment locations depending on the product and delivery destination.
How much does shipping cost?: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery address.
How long will delivery take?: Delivery times vary by product, country and courier service. Estimated delivery information is shown at checkout where available.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?: Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?: Contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
