We deliver across Europe and worldwide. The rate is shown at checkout before you place the order and depends on the destination and the value of the order.

Heavy and large items

Sofas, cabinets, tables, beds and other large furniture travel on a pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the door of the building, not up stairs or into a room. If access is tight, tell us before ordering and we will say what is realistic.

Times

Orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Europe typically takes 10–30 business days depending on the item and destination; deliveries outside Europe can take longer.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork, and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.

Order processing

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. Processing times may vary by product, destination and stock availability. If an item requires additional handling or a longer preparation time, this will be reflected where possible before or after checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, local holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Worldwide shipping

We offer worldwide shipping on eligible products. Some oversized, fragile or restricted items may not be available for delivery to every country. If we cannot ship an item to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery access

For larger items, please ensure that the delivery address is suitable and accessible. This includes checking doorways, staircases, lifts, parking restrictions and any building access requirements before placing your order.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed, returned or requires redelivery because of an incorrect address, additional charges may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and work with the delivery partner to help resolve the issue.
